Biography
I teach Hot, Hatha, Somatic Yoga and Pilates (watch this space!), with a focus on mindful movement, embodied awareness, and feeling at home in your body.
My classes balance strength and softness, inviting everyone to listen inward while building stability, mobility and confidence. Grounded, encouraging, and gently exploratory – my teaching is informed by my background in Gymnastics and Aerial Fitness combined with a strong interest in nervous-system supportive practices.
