Race Academy
Race Academy at One by Mingara, led by Head Squad Coach Paul Dowey, will focus on improving racing techniques including starts, turns, and finishes in a supportive environment. It serves as a warm-up before the Mingara Aquatic Swim Club night races*.
Race Academy is suitable for swimmers at Development Squad level and above who can swim 50m repetitions. Swimmers will have the chance to practice diving and fine-tune their techniques each week. This opportunity is open to all local swimmers who are interested in enhancing their competitive skills.
Dates: February 7, February 21, March 1 and March 21 2025
Time: 5:30pm-6:15pm (45 minute sessions)
Price: $99 for all 4 sessions

*Swimmers can participate in two free Club Nights before being required to join the Mingara Aquatic Swim Club. For those who join the club, the opportunity to enter external competitions through ‘Swim Central’ opens up, with races around the country. CLICK HERE to learn more.
