Run Club

Catering for all abilities, this 55 minute class focuses on technique, drills, speed, endurance, intervals and much more.
Where to meet: Once you’ve swiped in, meet your coach at Fitness Welcome Desk for a warm up jog/walk to the track
What to bring: Bring your drink bottle and towel
What if it’s raining?: What rain? Sessions will still be in play. In the case of inclement weather, your coach will make a decision as to whether we run the class in the rain, under the grandstand or inside the gym.
