Ignite

Ignite is a high-energy full body conditioning workout designed to build work capacity, fitness, endurance and resilience through constantly varied training. Using a mix of intervals, circuits, A.M.R.A.P, EMOM and team-based challenges, no two classes are the same. Expect to move through a combination of free weights, ergs, running and functional patterns to improve cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance and overall performance. Suitable for all fitness levels, this class can be modified to match your ability while delivering a challenging and motivating training experience.
