  2. 50 Skips   – 40 Mountain Climbers
  3. 50 Skips   – 30 Mountain Climbers
  4. 50 Skips   – 20 Mountain Climbers
  5. 50 Skips   – 10 Mountain Climbers

Time

Get through it all as fast as you can – rest as needed – aim for under 5 minutes.

  • Double Under skips
  • Running skip
  • Mountain climbers straight / crossover

Add to the degree of difficulty and throw in a push up with the mountain climbers.
