I enjoy endurance sports from trail running and cycling. Anything that tests the mind and body to see how far it can be pushed. Also I enjoy simplicity, the ocean, coffee and seeing live music.
Qualifications:
460 hour Yoga Teacher Training and 50 Yin Teacher Training

For me it’s simple, waking up each day and getting to experience the life I live.
