Somatic Yoga

Somatic yoga is a slow, gentle, and deeply mindful style of movement that helps you reconnect with your body from the inside out.

Rather than focusing on big poses or stretching hard, somatic yoga uses small, curious movements to release long-held tension and retrain your nervous system to feel safe and relaxed.

You move slowly enough that your brain can actually sense what your body is doing — and that’s where the change happens.

It’s especially supportive for people who feel stressed, tight, disconnected from their bodies, or burnt out.

Most people describe it as feeling like they’ve “reset” their system — calmer, softer, clearer, and more grounded — without needing to push or force anything.
