Vinyasa- Also called flow yoga is one of the most popular types of yoga because of its flowing rhythm, fitness-based approach to yoga.
Yin Yoga- A form of yoga that specifically targets your deep, connective tissues, like your ligaments, joints and bones. You will typically hold these poses for a longer period of time.
Sound Bowl Meditation- Immerses you in the sound of bowls, bells and gongs, providing relaxation that can help reduce stress, both during the practice and you will feel the calming effects long after the class has ended.
