Flex and flow is a dynamic, low-impact class that blends the best of yoga, Pilates, stretching and barre to create a balanced full body workout. The class focuses on improving flexibility, core strength, posture, and mobility through controlled movements and flowing sequences.
Expect a mix of lengthening stretches, Pilates-inspired core work, barre-style toning and mindful yoga flow designed to help you move better and feel stronger. The pace is slow and smooth and continuous, allowing you to build strength while also releasing tension in the body.
