Stretch & Core – Hot *As cover – one off*

Sometimes we need to be fluid in our classes. Today’s usual Hot Yoga will be a Stretch & Core (and maybe some extra’s in there) to keep your body moving when things don’t go to plan for us.
Build strength, stability and endurance in the muscles that support your core, improve balance, assist injury prevention, and become better at everything you do.
