Designed especially for new mums, this gentle yet effective workout focuses on core recovery, pelvic floor strength, posture, and total-body toning – all at a pace that honors where you’re at postpartum.

Expect functional movements, breathwork, and feel-good stretches to help ease tight shoulders, sore backs, and tired hips.
